Body Image & Intuitive Eating Workshops in Madison, WI

Fuel Without Fuss: Intuitive Eating and Trusting Your Body

Feral Fitness Flyer.png

This event is all about cutting through the noise of diet culture and simplifying nutrition so you can nourish your body from a place of love, trust, and respect.

The workshop will explore what Intuitive Eating really is, how to know if it’s a good fit for you, and offer practical tools to help you approach food in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

We’ll wrap up the morning with a Queer Barbell Club workout to bring everything into your body and move from a place of care, not punishment.

Join me on March 15th 2026 at 10am at Crossfit Mojo in Fitchburg!
