This event is all about movment that feels good, honest conversations, and building community in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Following a 45 minute workout, we will transition into a panel on "Healthy Without the Hustle: A real-life conversation about food, movement, and body image" featuring:
Lexi Bonilla (Eating disorder and body image therapist)
Emmy Bright (Registered Dietitian) Melissa Oberle (Owner of Harbor Athletic Club & Intuitive Eating Counselor)
We'll wrap up the morning with a relaxed social hour while enjoying bites and smoothies from Beneblends.
